Uniformity measurements

Two different uniformity test equipments are used, one that uses a Xenon lamp and a set of interferential filters to select the wavelength (see Figure 1) and the other that use the QE measurements facility to obtain a monochromatic beam (see figure 2). An integrating sphere is used to obtain an uniform illumination over a large area in both equipments.
